  • Are items in my cart reserved?

    NO. Anyone can buy an artwork that is in your cart until you have completed the checkout sequence in full and received a confirmation email. Check your spam folder just in case.

  • Do you accept commissions?

    In order for me to focus on creating new artworks I do not accept commissions or custom orders. From time to time I may collaborate with stylists, retailers, or brands that I align with.

  • Shipping Policy

    Prints are processed within 7 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. All originals are processed within 7-14 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. This is to allow for careful wrapping and boxing. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. if you require your art express freight, contact us to discuss.

    International Shipping

    Please note that we do not ship to Ascension, Bovet Island, Indian Ocean Territory, French Southern Territories, Heard & Mcdonald Islands, Pitcairn, Saint Pierre & Miquelon, Tajikistan, Tristan Da Cunha, US Minor Outlying Islands (Baker Island, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Midway Atoll, Palmyra Atoll, Wake Island) and Western Sahara.

    Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Naomi Crowther is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

  • When can I collect in person?

    Prints may be hand collected in person; you will receive a phone call within a few days of purchase to arrange a pickup time. Paintings hanging in local exhibitions can be collected from the final day of that exhibition, to allow the best physical exhibition experience for visitors to the show. Storage arrangements can be made on request and incur a small fee.

  • Do you accept returns?

    Exchanges will not be provided for incorrect choices. All sales are final. I can EXCHANGE or REPLACE damaged or faulty products. Please check for damage as soon as you receive your package. If there is damage you must take pictures of both the item and the packaging and send them to me asap. Claims will only be approved within 48 hours of the artwork arriving at its final destination (as per proof of delivery notification provided by the postal/courier service). This gives me time to process your claim. I cannot claim anything from the couriers or post after 7 days from delivery. Nothing in these terms supersedes, alters or otherwise overrides your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
